Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders processed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a conformation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Free shipping on order over $75                                                                                 Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume shipping periods. 

 

Oder issues and lost packages

If you package is lost, delayed, or arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:   info@shackofblades.com

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issues as quick as possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Costumers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.  We are not responsible or delays or additional shipping costs caused by incomplete or incorrect address.
